What is Capacity?

A stretching and mobility app for iPhone with ready-made routines, exercise variations, custom routines, and activity tracking.

Who is it for?

Everyday people fitting stretching around work, desk time, and regular exercise.

How do exercise adjustments work?

Use the difficulty slider on supported movements. The session pauses and the selected variation changes immediately.

Can every exercise be made easier or harder?

No. Some have both options, some only one direction, and some have a single version.

Does it remember my difficulty choices?

Sessions start from your default setting. Individual exercise choices aren't remembered between sessions.

Does difficulty increase automatically?

No. You make adjustments yourself. Onboarding happens once.

Is it suitable for beginners?

You can choose a default difficulty, read instructions, and use easier variations where available. Check that your chosen movements suit your starting point.

What routines are available?

Full Body, Morning Routine, Posture Reset, In-Flight Stretch, Upper Body 1–3, Lower Body 1–3, and Warmup 1–3. The library is growing.

Do higher numbers mean harder routines?

They mean longer routines in the numbered series. Exercise difficulty is controlled separately.

Can I create a routine?

Yes. Choose library movements, reorder them, set durations, and save. Custom routines.

Can I change the timing?

Change exercise durations before starting and break duration during the session.

What's the difference between pins and saves?

Pins put routines at the top of your home screen. Saves keep them in your saved library.

Can I read instructions during a session?

Yes. Instructions are available alongside the visual demonstrations and timer.

Is there audio coaching or music?

No. Guidance is visual and written, with haptic cues. There's no spoken coaching, sound cues, or built-in music.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Stretching sessions work offline. Internet is needed for content refreshes.

Do I need equipment?

Some movements use accessible items such as a chair. Check the instructions; you don't need a gym setup.

What does it track?

Time spent, streaks, unique exercises, active days, and achievements. A heatmap shows your activity history.

Does it measure flexibility gains?

No. The statistics track app activity, not physical range of motion.

Are reminders available?

Yes. Set a reminder for a time that suits your day.

Is it on Android?

Capacity is for iPhone only.

How much does it cost?

Choose a monthly or annual subscription in the app. Regional pricing is shown before you subscribe. Pricing details.

How does the trial work?

Both plans offer 7 days free, then automatically become the selected paid subscription unless canceled. Ongoing access is paid.

How do I cancel?

For Apple billing: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Capacity. Cancel a trial at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid renewal. Apple's guidance.
