What Capacity gives you
Visual demonstrations, written instructions, timers, haptics, and offline sessions. Set exercise durations, adjust breaks, and switch available difficulty variations while the session pauses.
Capacity doesn't automatically increase difficulty or save a separate setting for each exercise. Some movements have no alternate version. It's for iPhone only.
