Why isn't my flexibility improving?

Four things to check
- Your goal: reaching a position, controlling movement, and building a habit are different aims.
- Your actual schedule: review the sessions you completed, not just those you planned.
- Your exercises: check that they address the area you want to practice. HSS advice.
- Your comparisons: note the variation you used and what felt different. Don't force a new personal best.
Persistent pain or a recurring limitation is a reason to get individual guidance rather than guess at the cause.
Know what your app measures
Capacity tracks time spent, streaks, unique exercises, and active days. These show your practice history; they don't measure flexibility gains or tell you when to progress.
