Capacity

Stretch too hard or too easy?

Published

Pause, check the instructions, and choose a version that fits your goal. Difficulty isn't a score you need to maximize.

If it's too hard

Identify what's difficult: balance, setup, or reaching the position. Look for a suitable supported or easier variation. Don't pull yourself into range or improvise unstable supports.

Back out if you feel joint strain or pain. HSS stretching guidance.

If it's too easy

First check the purpose. A gentle work break doesn't need to feel like a challenging session. If you want another variation, read its instructions before trying it.

Change one thing at a time so you can tell what suited you:

  • Exercise variation.
  • Comfortable range.
  • Duration.
  • Break or transition time.

How Capacity helps

The slider pauses the session and switches supported exercise variations immediately. Some movements have easier and harder options; others have fewer or none.

Changes are manual and aren't remembered per exercise between sessions.
